dmesg after the problem occured

After waking my HP 820 G3 from suspend it became unstable, slow and a lot of stuff would not work as intended, even shutdown failed.

Cursory glance makes me believe this is a duplicate of https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=194801, at least for the pci msi stuff, no idea about net_rx.

Just for completeness: revert for that is in the queue, but not upstream yet afaics.

JFYI: I added this report to the list of regressions for Linux 4.11.
I'll watch this place for further updates on this issue to document
progress in my weekly reports, hence please let let me know in case this issue gets discussed somewhere else.
