general info on kernel 4.10 before loading amdgpu

the kernel hits a triple fault when initializing the cape verde card with amdgpu with DPM support. In attachment my system config and the output of /proc/kmsg.
What I tried: 1) disable the fiji card (reboots), 2) disable the cape verde card (via /sys/bus/pci/.../remove) (amdgpu loads), and load the cape verde card afterwards (/sys/bus/pci/rescan)(reboots), 3) disable DPM (loads successfully)
