Error with kernel 4.10.1 and dvb tevii S482.

Downgrade to 4.8.8 resolve the issue. With kernel 4.9 the issue persist.

kernel 4.8.13 works too.

kernel 4.10.4 have a interesting update on dw2102 - DVB-module, perhaps this is our problem, i have no time to test it before weekend
