same here on 2.6.39.1, but I didn't notice any related (or unrelated) problems so far.

Sounds like there's no problem here, so I'll close this issue.

If you *do* notice a problem, reopen this bug, see whether booting with "pci=nocrs" makes a difference, and attach dmesg logs with and without "pci=nocrs".
