Listing of the kernel message flood

When I connect my external monitor to my VGA output, my console get's flooded with kernel messages (see attachment).
My CPU usage shoots up.
I get 186 kernel messages every second

These 3 message come back all the time:

The reason values changes between 0f, 1f, 2f and 3f


Hardware:
ASUS A6KT laptop.
CPU: AMD Turion MT34.
GPU: ATI X1600 mobile.

Software:
standard openSUSE 11.3 desktop kernel.

PS: suspend is not working either.
