This entry is being used for tracking a regression from 2.6.34.  Please don't
close it until the problem is fixed in the mainline.

Hard to say whether BUG is fixed. I have only seen it once and couldn't reproduce it since. I wouldn't even call it a regression. Maybe close this issue and I will reopen if ever I see this again.

The BUG occurred again with -rc6. The kernel also contains the cherry picked fix for the OOPS mentioned above.
