Comment 1 Justin P. Mattock 2010-07-04 13:10:11 UTC
alright.. keep in mind this one seems hard to reproduce.. From what I remember I woke my machine up from s2ram, then started to compile the kernel..then during compiling noticed it was stuck on a file building(don't remember which file)
then on another terminal discovered this(below as a copy)

Comment 2 Dan Carpenter 2010-07-08 17:43:59 UTC
You were running with poisoning enabled before... Do you still have it enabled? Actually, could you just post your .config?

You mentioned that you might be able to bisect this. Which was the last working kernel?

when this hit.. I had only reverted this commit 6a4f3b52. As for seeing
this again nothing.. only this one time so far..(tried numerous times to
reproduce so I can bisect, but nothing, just the one time).

I can't find doubious commit in this area ;-)
Comment 8 Dan Carpenter 2010-07-09 08:30:56 UTC
If I had to pick a which commit I suspect it would be:

commit 1403b1a38e8b19a4cc17e2c158e278628943a436
Author: Pauli Nieminen <suokkos@gmail.com>
Date: Thu Apr 1 12:44:57 2010 +0000

    drm/ttm: add pool wc/uc page allocator V3

But I don't haven't seen a bug in it yet.
Comment 9 Justin P. Mattock 2010-07-09 08:44:38 UTC
the biggest problem I see with this is reproducing it.. i.e. here is another:
http://lkml.org/lkml/2010/5/13/501
still have only hit once...

such a pain...
Comment 10 Justin P. Mattock 2010-07-23 13:30:53 UTC
I still have not hit this one the same machine the produced this..
thankfully the status of this is not so serious, but would like to see this closed. if anybody has any ideas on how to re-create such a beast let me know so I can get a bisect done on this.
