does S3 work well on your laptop?
How do I know that?
If you have never suspend your machine and you are not going to suspend it in the future, please ignore this warning message as it only affects the machine suspend/resume. Or else, you can try to suspend your machine by either clicking the suspend button in the "shut down menu" or running "echo mem > /sys/power/state" as root user.

I also get this warning message with 2.6.35, though in my case my laptop *does* fail to suspend. That may be a gfx driver issue as it is a hybrid graphics laptop (nouveau & i915).
