dmesg which contains the warning

A regression in the 4.8 kernel causes a warning when I am trying to capture a dvb stream using AVerMedia Hybrid TV/Radio. dvbstream fails with the following error: Failed setting filter for pid 8192: DMX SET PES FILTER: Cannot allocate memory.

Kernel 4.7.2 works, but 4.8rc3 does not, and neither rc5.

JFYI: It might help to report the problem to the linux-media list, as the right people will see it there. https://linuxtv.org/lists.php
