Description Artem S. Tashkinov 2009-11-02 07:47:28 UTC
Whenever a process is reading or writing data to the storage media, CPU usage is always 100% (with 0% CPU idle) and it's not clear how much CPU time IO operations require and how much CPU time is left for running applications.

It's absolutely inconvenient and needs to be fixed.

If this bug is due to architecture, then architecture needs to be changed/fixed/improved/etc. - no other modern OS has this problem.

Gnome System Monitor doesn't have this problem, closing.
