This entry is being used for tracking a regression from 2.6.31.  Please don't
close it until the problem is fixed in the mainline.

This too looks suspiciously like bug 14249 (and bug 14453)...

Please could you test the use-after-free fix that was posted in
  http://bugzilla.kernel.org/attachment.cgi?id=23508
