The crash sreen shot

Removing the module from "/lib/modules/*" fixes booting but for the price of absenting APG fucntionality ( screen resolution > 800x600 etc ).
The crash occurs on "udev" initalization procedures.
See the attachment for details.

Also, there's "kernel.log" of the last successful boot:

Comment 1 Andrew Morton 2009-09-04 06:23:17 UTC
The crash is actually in smp_apic_timer_interrupt() so let's cc the x86 guys.
Comment 2 IvankoB 2009-09-25 22:15:25 UTC
Have You done the CC by yourself ?
Comment 3 Luigi 2011-03-21 19:34:08 UTC
I can confirm this bug with Asrock P4i65GV.
It happens only if i use the legacy video card. I have a nvidia 6200 agp card.

Blacklisting intel_agp module in etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf give me a workaround.

Using the integrated graphics the system boots fine.

Not a solution since the lack of AGP support fully disables any graphics accelaration & limits max resolution to 800x600 :(
