DMA-API: cacheline tracking ENOMEM, dma-debug disabled After three stack dumps, no more errors appears, maybe related to DMA-API debug?

Looking around, there is a similar downstream report about PF on 4.4.X, same order/flags, but different scenario, here https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1293155
I am currently running with min_free_kbytes with 32MiB instead of default of ~8MiB, to see if happens at some time.
I just hit the issue again, at least this time was due memory pressure, and high swap activity due writing to tmpfs, reading from xfs. According to my understand about debug message, there are at least sufficient free pages of order 0 in all zones. So this is a bug? Any hint how to track it? Seems to be "fixed" (workaround?) by enabling TRANSPARENT_HUGEPAGE+COMPACTION.
