Hello

Starting 4.5.x kernel version, the stmmac driver is buggy.

On 4.5.2 I've got:

libphy: PHY stmmac-0:ffffffff not found
eth0: Could not attach to PHY
stmmac_open: Cannot attach to PHY (error: -19)

Any fix I can test?

This patch works well on 4.5.2.
