error log

I use LSI SAS2008 which uses MPT2SAS kernel driver, RAID 10 is setup in the system. With kernel 3.10 everything was working fine, without any error. But after upgrading kernel from 3.10 to 4.1.20, it installs properly but after writing multiple files in the disk, following error messages appear in /var/log/messages and it corrupts the filesystem in few minutes, check the attached log for more detail.

kernel: mpt2sas0: fault_state(0x0501)!
kernel: mpt2sas0: sending diag reset !!
kernel: mpt2sas0: diag reset: SUCCESS
kernel: mpt2sas0: LSISAS2008: FWVersion(11.00.00.00), ChipRevision(0x03), BiosVersion(07.21.00.00)
