Description Michael Long 2008-03-15 06:32:07 UTC
Earliest failing kernel version: at least 2.6.23
Hardware Environment: x86_64
Software Environment: Xorg running
Problem Description: I'm using a Microsoft Five Button Mouse (Microsoft IntelliMouse Explorer for Bluetooth) connected via the provided Microsoft Bluetooth-USB-Adapter (Bus 002 Device 004: ID 045e:009c Microsoft Corp.).
After resuming from ACPI S3 modus there are no scroll wheel events anymore. (tested with xev). A temporary workaround to this problem is to unload all bluetooth related modules before entering S3 and reloading them after resume. This issue is not yet tested with gpm under console.

Steps to reproduce: echo -n mem > /sys/power/state, try to use the scroll wheel under Xorg
