Not working in in 4.6.x. dongle work in windows.

Looks like this chip has broken support for Read Stored Link Key command.

Can you try attached patch?

Shouldn't the status of this defect be changed to reflect the fact that a patch exists?  It is still in state NEW.

This should be already fixed in 4.9.
