Distribution:openSUSE 10.3 (X86-64)

Hardware Environment:SunFire X4200 - 2 x dual core AMD Opteron CPUs, 8GB Ram, Qlogic FC adapter.
Software Environment: 

Problem Description: The SunFire does NOT have any mounted drives from our SAN.  It has the QLogic adapter (purchased from Sun) connected to a QLogic switch.  Also connected to the switch is a Sun T2000 computer running Solaris 10 and a Gateway 2000 e-842 RAID box.

Resetting the RAID box causes the X4200 to crash.


Steps to reproduce: Reset the RAID.

Various kref fixes from plugging events have been fixed since this point. If this bug is present with a recent kernel please re-open
