This warning is mostly harmless, wouldn't influence on the driver behavior. Nevertheless, it can be avoided by disabling CONFIG_SND_HDA_POWER_SAVE option. Also, a patch to fix the invalid PINCAP verb is pending in the next alsa.git push. Patch is available: http://lkml.org/lkml/2007/11/16/66 Patch had been applied to Linus' tree but reverted later due to causing a regression... Closing out old inactive bug |
