Same problem with Logitech Orbicam 046d:0896 on Acer Aspire 5680. Problem solved with proposed patch Confirmed with "046d:0896 Logitech, Inc. OrbiCam" integrated on an Acer Aspire 5685. The patch solves the problem here too. Thanks! Fixed in mainline from kernel 4.0 |
Created attachment 163231 [details] vc032x double bytesperline for YVYU and YUYV formats Webcam using gspca/vc032x driver are not correctly working with recent v4l-utils (>=0.9.1) because bytesperline for YVYU and YUYV formats are wrong. The used USB device is Logitech Orbicam 046d:0892. Attached proposed patch.
