Did this work with older kernels? If so, a bisect would be useful. Most reports of pgraph timeouts are on GK104/GK106 chips while you have a GK107... I had errors in 3.16 as well. I'm not sure if the errors are related. I was getting different errors during boot. Here's a few dmesg logs from that kernel.
