Used the kernels that 1 maybe usin in through normal Ubuntu 14.04 upgrade or reinstallation to make sure it worked properly and all and got a little bug not to bad as others.

Will be testing Kernel 3.16* RC2 to make sure this bug is already fixed or not

This Bug is FIXED

Tested from 14.04 LTS to Upgrade to 14.10
kernel 3.13.0-32 to 3.16.0-6
