After installing the kernel 3.14 on my Sony Vaio with AMD Radeon HD 7650 grafics card, I tried 3.14 to 3.14.4, the internal display keeps blank after booting and showing the grub menu.

When the grub menu is shown, I choose the option to start Manjaro Linux with Kernel 3.14 and hit ENTER. After that, the display keeps blank. For testing I connected a external Monitor via HDMI and I found, that all boot messages are shown on this external display. After the boot process was completed, the login manager was shown on the external display. It also seems to happen when no external display is connected.
