Moving to i915 driver. A few things: - Please uninstall the nvidia blob driver and retest without that. If the intel driver works with that config, please get support from Nvidia. - Since this is a regression, can you please bisect the offending commit? Ubunut has nice howtos for this. - Please boot with drm.debug=0xe added to your kernel cmdline with the broken monitor setup, then attach the output of dmesg to this report.
