Please provide the output of acpidump and "grep . /sys/class/power_supply/*/*" I am unclear of the exact command I should use. # acpidump > acpidump //Run acpidump command, produce the "acpidump" file and attach it. #grep . /sys/class/power_supply/*/* > sysfs //Run grep command and attach the sysfs file. Did you get my information? I attached the files that you asked to examine. Hopefully this problem can be worked out because I love Linux but this problem still persists. Sorry. Later response. New acpidump file after kernel upgrade.
Ok, I have submitted the dmesg file along with the other updated files after I upgraded my kernel. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 67251 *** How do I fix this bug. I am unsure of how to do it on my machine. Please see the bug 67251. So far, locate it as Bios issue and it needs overrides ACPI DSDT table. |
