arch/x86_64/defconfig is my configuration and I don't like it. -> WILL_NOT_FIX CONFIG_KMOD is not set in i386 defconfig either. Andi, given your position on this one, care to close as WILL_NOT_FIX? "Will not fix" without a good, valid reason will get it reopened with a request to have it reassigned. "CONFIG_KMOD is not set in i386 defconfig either" Why was this changed? Should I open a bug report on this too? This is a per architecture decision, please ask the respective maintainer. Reopened as promised. Stop this! This will get you nowhere... Andi has already NAKed this. If you _really_ feel the urge to re-open this, then please do as a platform-specific bug instead. Thanks. |
