I'm hitting this panic when I turn on or reboot the computer. Often but not every time when I turn on computer on battery the issue dissapear. 

Bug start after i choose operating system in GRUB

Environment:
Asus k52DE
AMD Athlon(tm) II P320 Dual-Core Processor (2,1Ghz)
WDC WD3200BEVT-80A0RT0 SATA hdd
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5400 Series 
4 GB RAM
JMC250 PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet Controller

I don`t know why config file show kernel 3.7.6
