Kernel Config 3.6.2

From 3.6.2 to 3.6.3 I get complete failure right at the beginning. On the screen there is nothing but a (non-blinking) underscore cursor at the right-top, where usually kernel output would start. The computer responds to Ctrl-Alt-Del which makes me assume the Kernel does not even load.

Config Attached.

To make this clear: The kernel is supposed to load by EFI Stub (works well on 3.6.2).

I verified this multiple times, the following diff *is* causing this. With the config which is attached now, it works. So it's not a regression but something else, equally strange.
