I am getting error panic occurred switching back to text console ubuntu 11.10 i had installed new kerner version 3.1.2-030102-generic and 3.2.0-030200-generic, still i am getting the panic occurred switching back to text console. My machine is AMD Athlon(tm) II X2 250 Processor × 2 Memory :4GB, OS type :64bit.

Please help me out of it.
