This also happens with my Dell E5400. Fan kicks in at high temp, but never comes down. Exactly how to reproduce -- what applications are you running? Do you always run "conky"? What does dmesg show after the failure, any clues there? No worries now, I'm running 3.4x and I'm not seeing any problem since I reported this... THANKS |
