I already reported this problem in Launchpad and they sent me here.

Does the problem exist with the latest kernel 3.12?
If so, please give alsa-info.sh output.  Run it with --no-upload option, and attach to the bugzilla (don't paste).  At best, take alsa-info.sh outputs on both working and non-working kernels.
