ubuntu Precise i386 , logged as gnome-classic

As i have some issues with the kernel 3 serie : reboot never work, first cold boot fail, ... I boot in verbose mode to see the comments, and randomly have this error:

init: udev-fallback-graphics main process (1004) terminated with status 1

have tested the 3.3 kernel from upstream too and also the kernel-ppa/pre-proposed ones, they all randomly have this error while booting.

Doesn't look like a kernel bug- the vesafb -ENODEV is vesafb deciding there is no device it can support not a bug
