USB Webcam, Model Trust WB-1400T

Tested with mainline build for Ubuntu Precise (linux-image-3.3.0-030300rc3-generic-pae_3.3.0-030300rc3.201202082335_i386.deb)

Before kernel 3.0 the cam was working fine.
