The problem appears with 2.6.10-rc3-bk8 and several older versions, but *IT IS*
fixed by acpi-20041203-2.6.10-rc3.diff.bz2. Hope this "bugreport" will help you
put it into the official kernel tree soon - I don't see anything similar logged
in bugzilla. ;)

Attached diff is a comparison of vanilla 2.6.10-rc3-bk8 against the acpi patched
version of the same.

Thanks the report, Martin. Len marked a similar issue as resolved. I guess you 
search didn't find it. But I'd appreciate you helping us track bugs.
