hi kernel.org,

i have a problem with the new kernel 2.6.39.1

My netbook (Lenovo u160) have a i915 chipset.

with the old kernel 2.6.38.8 the netbook start. with the new kernel 2.6.39, have the netbook a black screen.


hibernate an sleeping doesn´t work on 2.6.38.8 and 2.6.39.1.

There's a quirk in the 3.0 kernel which should set lvds_use_ssc automatically. If that release isn't working, please send along the output of 'lspci -n -v' so that we can check to make sure the IDs match the current quirk and add them if they're different.
