Hardware Environment:
IBM Thinkpad t22

Software Environment:
gcc 3.3.4 debian. Standart "debian testing" tools.

Problem Description:
When booting with nolapic option (just in case) , or without it, 3com network
card doesn't work properly, it gives me :
...
eth0: command 0x5800 did not complete! Status=0xffff
...

It's ACPI related, doesn't happend with ACPI=off

Steps to reproduce:
Boot ACPI enabld kernel on thinkpad T22, and try to use pump or other networking
software on it.

please attach the output from dmesg -s64000 and
cat /proc/interrupts from the acpi on and acpi=off cases.

Has this device ever worked for any 2.4 or 2.6 ACPI=enabled kernel?
