glibc added `dlmopen' a while back, but there is no man page for it.
I'm using the git repository for man-pages.

Okay, already ;-).

It's true there's not much point in a bug report like this. The page is among those listed as missing at http://www.kernel.org/doc/man-pages/

So, let's not dispense with a bug report.
