Since 6.11.4 Sony DualSense controller cannot be connected via bluetooth. Bisecting leads to this patch https://lore.kernel.org/all/172797363151.1917736.16977506690005860622.git-patchwork-notify@kernel.org/T/ (Bluetooth: hci_conn: Fix UAF in hci_enhanced_setup_sync).

I was wrong, the mentioned commit is not the culprit. Without it i was able to connect the controller once but after reboot the problem occurs again.

fixes should be in the next set of stable releases, too.
