A new battery isinstalled on a novatech laptopwithlinus OS.

uname-a
6.1.72-0-lts #1-Alpine x86_64 Linux

I cannot find the bat0 folder in/sys/class/power_supply. The AC0 folder is present. The battery kernel module is installed. The laptop runs on AC power and the battery is not being charged atall.
