alsa info output attached.
kernel 6.7-rc8.

The sound output and mic input works fine.

Mute and Micmute LEDs can not work.

Not sure if it's GPIO based LEDs.

This model doesn't use thinkpad-acpi it seems like.  Assuming that it has some ACPI interface for changing the LEDs perhaps it needs to have the LED handling ported from thinkpad-acpi into ideapad-laptop.

I'd suggest checking with Lenovo.
