Seems like gzip and xz compressed tarballs are missing for for 2.68 releaes on
https://mirrors.edge.kernel.org/pub/linux/libs/security/linux-privs/libcap2/

Thanks for the report. I've asked the kernel.org folk what might have changed to not make the generation of these automatic...

Pilot error on my part with a malformed 'kup' command. I'll try to push again in the next hour or two.

That was easier to clean up than I expected. Now we just have to wait for the mirrors to catch up.

As of this moment, I see the following on the canonical copy:
