Mick Lorain <micklorain@protonmail.com> reported that SB600 USB devices broke when upgrading from debian's 4.19.0-18 (working) to 5.10.0-10 (broken).  He bisected and found that 306c54d0edb6 ("usb: hcd: Try MSI interrupts on PCI devices") was the cause.  See:
