There are parts of the kernel where bugs should _not_ be reported on bugzilla.kernel.org, but at different locations.

This is not clear if one enters bugzilla.kernel.org to report a bug and then clicks through the categories to find the best matching category.

Example:

Bug #213633 (https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=213633), which was reported in Drivers/Video(Other), where 4 months after reporting the notification

was given.

It would have been very helpful if the "*Component Description*" does contain information when bugs to specific kernel parts should be reported elsewhere.
