Hi, Im not sure I'm right here an my english is terrible, but I have to report a bug.

I am using Linux Mint 20.1, Kodi 19.1(and 19.0) and Lirc.
Since Kernel 5.8.0.49 I've a problem, when using Kodi and Lirc.
When I start Kodi and send a command by my Remote-Control the Command will be executed and a 1-2 seconds later it will be executed again and again.

With Kernel  5.8.0.48 is all fine.
I've testet it with Kernal 5.8.0.49, 5.8.0.50 and 5.8.0.53 end the bug will occur.

My config is:
Intel NUC7I3BNH
IR integrated 
CPU: i3-7100U (2*2,4Ghz)
8GB Ram

Linux Mint 20.1
Cinnamon 4.8.6
Kodi 19.1
Lirc 0.11.1-6.1ubuntu1.1 (provided by Linux mint)
