I believe I too am experiencing the same issue on a HP Elitebook 850 G3. Had same problem. LT4120 did not work anymore since update to Kernel 5.9.x I today solved the problem in a quite strange way. I booted my Manjaro once with Kernel 5.4 where the LTE card worked. After rebooting again with Kernel 5.15.41 is kept working. Had same problem, on kernel 5.14.0-70.17.1 HP Elitebook 820 G3.
