Im having this bug for a long time, when i try to unarchive or copy big chunks from my USB HDD, after some time like after whole memory got cached, system starts to stutter. free -m shows all of the memory i have as cached and there is some swap activity. Disabling swap doesnt fix it. Please there are many people having this bug. And there are many kernel versions affected from it.
