When CONFIG_PCIEASPM_POWERSAVE=y, Latitude 5495, which is a 1st Gen Ryzen Laptop, freeze immediately after boot.

Patch [1] can solve the issue, the system no longer freezes with CONFIG_PCIEASPM_POWERSAVE=y.
