My RX 5600 XT GPU has this feature however the card gets uncomfortably hot when it's in use (up to 60C and this also heats up the CPU above it and the motherboard chipset underneath) even on the desktop (e.g. web browsing) without running any 3D applications, so I'd be glad to disable the fan stop/Zero RPM feature altogether.

I do not want to set up fancontrol or other utilities which is error-prone.
