Description xxxaaa 2020-03-01 19:14:38 UTC
First of all, I am sorry if this issue is opened in the wrong place or has wrong tags etc. I have no idea where I am supposed to do it.

Now on to the issue -
Randomly, when I boot into manjaro kde (up-to-date, unmodified/recent install), the boot gets stuck sometimes.
On kernel 5.4 & 5.5, I get absolutely no error or warning. But 5.6rc3 gives the following error - nvidia 0000:01:00.0: can't change power state from D3cold to D0 (config space inaccessible).
I am assuming the bug in 5.4 & 5.5 is the same. Other kernels are untested.

And since the installation of manjaro is fresh, and no other warning/error is shown in dmesg/journalctl, so this error message is the only information I have.

I started getting this on Fedora 34 after updating to kernel 5.15.4-101.fc34.x86_64 (the first 5.15 series kernel distributed by Fedora).
After the update, my laptop has been running about 10 C hotter than before and the fan is always on, which is why I looked in /var/log/messages to see if anything was wrong. I have attached section.
