Also fails on 5.2.9 I should mention that after I get this error, I'm pretty much guaranteed ot get a kernel lockup at some point, either the spinlock in kobject_add_internal() or the mutex inside netlink, which I assume is related to some thread holding it and stuck deeper in the net layer.
